Honey Fig Jam Baked Brie

What you need for this baked brie:


Double cream brie

Honey

Fig jam

Candied pecans

Rosemary

Baguette

When you’re planning your next dinner party menu, it is important to curate the perfect set of appetizers. Something with both savory and sweet notes that play a symphony on the tongue, will create an appetizer to please a crowd (hint: this recipe is just that ;) )


How to serve your Baked-Brie


There are an infinite amount of ways to serve this heavenly appetizer but here are a few of my favorite things to serve this dish on:


Baguette (obviously)

Rosemary crackers

Garlic baguette

Black pepper crackers

Plain crackers

Apples



Honey Fig Jam Baked Brie

Calling all appetizer lovers! You and your friends will have a frenzy with this honey fig jam-baked brie. Full of flavor and texture this recipe will blow your mind, best when shared with friends!

Ingredients

  • 5 oz double cream brie cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Fig jam
  • ½ cup chopped candied pecans
  • 2 tsp chopped rosemary
  • Baguette (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F
  2. On a small baking tray lined with parchment paper, place the brie and score the top of the cheese with a knife, drizzle generously with honey.
  3. Bake at 350° F for 15 minutes
  4. Remove from the oven, and scrape the excess honey off of the parchment, and place on top of the cheese
  5. Top generously with fig  jam and sprinkle with pecans and rosemary
  6. Serve with a sliced baguette and enjoy immediately!
